After a small fuel line issue which I solved I went to start it up and nothing. The fuel pump is not turning on. I checked the power supply and the pump is not getting power. It does have a code P0230 which is:

The Po's sets in the PCM when there is a code stored in the ECM. There are more codes stored in the ECM that are related to an actual problem.
