You could put a set of 1 5/16" large bore carbs and high compression heads on it. The only optional pistons are the .030 oversize, which don't add many cubic inches. I'd check the bad cylinder in the block. If it has deep grooves in it, you will proabaly need to overbore it to clean up the walls.
